It would seem that they only made this plane for about one year at 55 minutes per plane. Still amazing for a start up prior the Dec 7 1941.
The engines on this plane was P&WA R2800 Wasp … Good old Henry Ford wanted nothing but the best, and he got it from Pratt ….
Bet you didn’t know that Ford had its own pilots to test the B-24Liberators it was building for the ARMY at the rate of one every 55 MINUTES!!

he could mass produce bombers just as he had done with cars. He built the
Willow Run assembly plant and proved it. It was the world’s largest
building under one roof.
